Buckeye Lake Library
I recently moved to Buckeye Lake. Being new to the area I did not know many people and was unable to get internet right away. Desperate for internet I went to the one and only place I knew would have internet available - The Buckeye Lake Library. While my intentions were to be able to accecss the net I discovered something much more...caring people. The ladies who work at the library are educated, kind and extrememly helpful!
I read somewhere that there was a chance that Buckeye Lake could have lost their library. Well as a new member to the community, a mother and business owner I would have been and would still be lost without the Buckeye Lake library.
They provide much needed services. Internet access, reading materials, dvd's and cd's, recycling programs, reading programs, reptile shows, magic shows, etc.
We should all be greatful that we still have a library. It's kind of like one of those things where we know it's there and we love it but until it's gone we don't really appreciate it for what it's worth.
Sadly, The library is losing a fine lady - Michele Kilday. Michele thank you for helping my girls and me with our library needs. You will be greatly missed!
