Father's Day
Father's Day is a day honoring fathers, celebrated on the third Sunday of June in 52 of the world's countries and on other days elsewhere. It complements Mother's Day, the celebration honoring mothers.

Mother's Day
The modern Mother's Day holiday was created by Anna Jarvis in Grafton, West Virginia, as a day to honor mothers and motherhood; especially within the context of families, and family relationships.[1] It is now celebrated on various days in many parts of the world, some of which have a much older tradition than the modern holiday (e.g., dating to the 16th century in the UK). Father's Day is a corresponding holiday honoring fathers.
The holiday eventually became so commercialized that many, including its founder, Anna Jarvis, considered it a "Hallmark Holiday" -- i.e., one with an overwhelmingly commercial purpose. Jarvis eventually ended up opposing the holiday she had helped to create.[1][2]

Buckeye Lake Trick-or-Treat Has Been Changed
It seems the village of Buckeye Lake has changed their minds about Halloween. We know this is an issue that has been plaguing the town for years, they have trouble making a plan and sticking to it. Mind you the date has been published on many websites, radio stations and tv stations as the 31st for months.
